Rhonda Burse was a 21-year-old young lady who often worked as a topless dancer in the Seattle, Washington, area, and on August 8, her life changed. On that day in Burien, Rhonda worked her shift at a venue called Flame and was later seen getting into a vehicle. Rhonda was never heard from again.
