A 61-year-old woman was last seen at her home in King William County, Virginia, on Nov. 21, 2002. More than two decades later, there is still little public information explaining what happened to Phyllis Rodgers.
According to the Black and Missing Foundation, Phyllis was last seen around 6 p.m. at her residence near the 1200 block of Jacks Creek Road. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unknown, and no publicly identified suspect or person of interest has been connected to the case.
Her case remains listed in NamUs, while the Black and Missing Foundation classifies her as endangered. There does not appear to be any publicly released account describing where Phyllis may have been headed that evening, whether anyone saw her leave the property, or what searches were conducted after she vanished.

Phyllis Rodgers: What To Know
At the time of her disappearance, Phyllis Rodgers stood 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighed approximately 95 pounds. She had gray, shoulder-length hair and wore wire-framed glasses with tinted lenses. Records differ on her eye color: the Black and Missing Foundation lists blue eyes, while older case information preserved from NamUs and Virginia State Police lists brown.
Phyllis was reportedly wearing blue clothing when she disappeared. The Black and Missing Foundation lists a blue sweatshirt, while older case information describes a blue sweatsuit. Her date of birth is Jan. 5, 1941.
