Paige Coffey, 27: Last Seen At A Retail Store In 2019
Her family says she would never walk away from her life.
For years now, relatives of Paige Coffey have been taking to the streets to bring her home, handing out flyers and visiting local businesses.
The 27-year-old vanished from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, in 2019, and according to reports, she was last seen at the Steelyard Commons retail store.
“You know your child, you know? I know Paige would never, ever just walk away,” Paige’s mother, Trinettea Williamson, told Dateline in 2025. “You know, she loved her family. We were very close. She wouldn’t do that.”

“She was one of those people that thought she can save everybody. She really had a giving heart,” Trinettea continued. “She was always very close with cousins. Paige loved family.”
According to reports, Trinettea said she last saw Paige at the end of April 2019. “She needed a ride to work,” she said. “I took her to work, and she texted me and asked me, could I pick her up from work? And I, you know, said yeah.” Then, Trinettea picked up Paige and dropped her off at a gas station in Oakwood Village.
“She texted me the next day and asked if she could borrow $30, so I Cash App-ed her $30,” Trinettea added. “I asked her how she was doing. She said she was doing OK.” That was their last conversation.
On May 7, the concerned mother reached out to Paige’s boyfriend, but he told her that they had broken up and hadn’t been together for some time. Trinettea decided to wait until Mother’s Day to see if she would hear from Paige, but when the day passed, she contacted the authorities.
“At first, they were treating it like she just walked away or something. They’re like, ‘She’s an adult, so what are you searching for?’” Lolita Polk, Paige’s sister, said. “If they don’t have foul play, whatever—she can just walk.”
Paige Was Close With Her Loved Ones
Investigators shared early on that Paige has ties to other areas in Ohio, including Macedonia, Oakwood Village, Copley, and South Euclid.
“Paige had a close relationship with her family and friends and was in frequent contact with them,” Bratenahl Police Chief Dolbow said. “It is extremely unusual that nine months have passed and no one has heard or seen Paige Coffey... Numerous investigative leads have been conducted, but to date, nothing has led to the location of Paige. We strongly believe that someone in this community has a vital piece of information that law enforcement needs.”
Paige, described as artistic and dependable, reportedly worked at a Torrid retail store in Macedonia, Ohio. Her loved ones stated that she has no habit of leaving without alerting anyone, and Paige’s mother and aunt spoke at a press conference with the FBI and Bratenahl police.
“Words cannot express the pain we are going through, and we are grateful to all the family and friends who have been praying for her safe return and helping us through this horrible ordeal,” her aunt shared before pleading with the public to come forward with any information that may help.
