Nahendra Davis, 35: Went Missing In Baton Rouge In 2018, Car Found
She vanished on her birthday.
Although Nahendra Faye Davis was set to celebrate her holiday season birthday on December 27, 2018, the day launched a yearslong mystery. It is unclear what Nahendra had planned for her big day. Yet, it was shared that she dropped off her children at her mother’s home in Glen Oaks, an area within Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Nahendra was seen driving away from the residence in her white 2015 Dodge Challenger. That is the last time anyone had contact with the missing mother.

The Missing Woman’s Car Is Located
According to The Charley Project, her vehicle was later discovered abandoned near the 6900 block of Scenic Highway close to 72nd Avenue in Baton Rouge. Nahendra’s personal items were inside, including her purse, keys, and money. While there was no evidence of foul play, her family insists that something beyond her control must have happened to her. For years, they’ve pleaded with police and the public for answers.
“It’s like a nightmare, and it just feels like I’m just going to wake up and it’s all just going to be a dream,” Nahendra’s mother, Merenda Knox, told WAFB-TV. “Without God, I couldn’t do nothing,” she said. “He has worked with me from the inside out, and without his help, I just can’t do it. He’s holding me up and giving me the strength that I need.”
It is unclear what investigators discovered during their investigation. Details regarding her cell phone records have not been shared with the public.
