Miranda Conner, 30: Mom Of 2 Missing From Colorado Since February 2023
Her mother worries that something terrible has happened because she says Miranda would never abandon her children.
Tabitha Spann lived in Arizona, several hours away from Federal Heights, Colorado, where her daughter, Miranda Conner, resides. It came as a surprise to her when she received a call that Miranda hadn't been seen or heard from. Miranda disappeared on February 3, 2023.

According to reports, just prior to disappearing, the 30-year-old mother of two was with her roommate, April Elsner, at their home in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. April told authorities that Miranda wasn’t the type of person to leave and not return.
This has, understandably, caused great concern for Tabitha, who feared something sinister has happened to her daughter.
“I’m afraid that she’s not alive because it’s been too long,” Tabitha told CBS News in 2023. “Miranda always shared her location with myself and her daughter,” she continued. She’s also taken responsibility for Miranda’s children, who are nine and 11 years old.
“So that, you know, that we knew where she was at all the time. Just in case, we always shared our location.” It was further reported that Miranda Conner’s phone was last pinged in an area near Thornton in a neighborhood close to 85th Avenue.
The Dock Ellis Foundation aids families in circumstances such as this, particularly cases pertaining to missing or sex-trafficked People of Color. They’ve taken on Miranda’s case, and supporters remain hopeful. It is unclear if Miranda was traveling, meeting up with someone, or was in the company of another individual. However, Tabitha insists Miranda wouldn’t abandon her kids without reaching out.
“Miranda is a loving mother. She would never ever leave her children with somebody unless she knew she was coming back,” said Tabitha.
“And she has never not communicated with her children more than if she was leaving on a trip and she was with you know the kids were with us.” She added, “[Miranda] needs to be found or somebody needs to just tell us, you know, give us a tip that’s going to help us find her.”
