A 17-year-old walked out of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis on Sept. 11, 2025, and remains listed among missing children in West Tennessee. A missing child flyer published by Saving Lost Kids states that Lenarika Williams left the hospital on foot without permission and did not return.
The same flyer says Lenarika had threatened self-harm within the previous 24 hours, making her disappearance especially concerning. No diagnosis or additional medical information was included in the public notice.

Lenarika Remains Missing
At the time of her disappearance, Lenarika Williams stood 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed about 160 pounds, according to her NamUs record.
