It was way back in 1999 when Kimberly Sipp was last in contact with anyone. The exact date when Kimberly was last seen is up for debate, but agencies list it as January 1 because it was sometime during that month. However, the circumstances surrounding Kimberly's missing person case remain a mystery.

It’s unknown exactly where Kimberly Sipp was last seen or whether she was in the company of others at the time. The 23-year-old was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when she disappeared, and little information is known about her case.
Kimberly Sipp: What To Know
At the time of her disappearance, Kimberly Sipp was described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and 125 to 150 pounds. She had black/dark brown hair and brown eyes. Kimberly was known to use the aliases Tanya Austin or Tanya Austion. She is also known to use “September 20, 1978” as her date of birth.
Kimberly also has a number of tattoos: a rose on her forearm, the word “Love” written on the fingers of her right hand, and, on her upper right arm, the name “Kim” spelled out.
