Jennifer’s Car Located, Adding To The Mystery
The vehicle was later found parked on Frazier Street in River Rouge, Michigan, where Jennifer once lived with her estranged husband. Her family shared that someone with whom Jennifer was scheduled to have a business meeting said she was a “no-show.”
A report further stated that her family even hired a private investigator to help with this case, and they learned that the last call Jennifer made was to her husband, with whom she had recently broken up.
“It’s approaching one year, and we still haven’t heard anything from our friend, it’s heartbreaking,” said Jennifer’s good friend Precious Finley in 2021. “In my heart no – no, I don’t (think she is alive), and that’s the hardest part, we aren’t getting any closure of anything. It’s like she vanished.”
“They don’t they don’t have any leads right now,” added Jennifer’s brother, Aaron Hamer. “They are turning over some of the evidence to (Michigan State Police) because we turned in a laptop back in August. I just want some type of results – I want to at least hear about something is being done.”
Aaron added that officers had been called to Jennifer’s home that she once shared with her ex, but he didn’t specify why.
“Policeman called the day we had moved her out,” said Aaron. “Then that September, police called then. So far as I know, police knew about this issue.”
Jennifer’s Daughter Speaks About Missing Her Mother
Jennifer’s daughter, Amonte Blackmon, made a heartfelt plea.
“It hurts really bad and I never expected to go through anything like this. Sometimes I just don’t know what to do. I feel like I’m lost without her because I really do need her. I shouldn’t have to worry every night, wondering if my mom is ok or not.”
“My mom is very important to us. She’s an important aspect of the family. She holds everyone together,” Amonte said. “I have so many questions I want to ask her. I’m not able to ask her and she’s not here when I need her.”
