Hazel Smith: What To Know
At the time of her disappearance, Hazel Smith stood 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 148 pounds. She had black/dark brown hair and brown eyes. Any distinguishing marks or whether she had any tattoos are unknown.
Hazel was also last seen wearing beige pants, a beige shirt, and tennis shoes. It is unknown if she had any jewelry or accessories with her.
The Doe Network reports it is unknown if Hazel’s fingerprints, DNA, and dental records are on file.
