Fonya Harris, 30: Last Seen In A Car With Her Ex-Boyfriend In 2003
Details remain scarce, but after leaving her home, she's never been heard from again.
A woman from Los Angeles has been missing for over two decades, and there still hasn't been a resolution to this case or updates regarding the investigation.
Once again, very little is known about the disappearance of Fonya Harris, but the Los Angeles Police Department shows on their site that she vanished on July 18, 2003. Details remain scarce, but it was reported that Fonya was last seen around 10:00 p.m. that evening at her home on the 600 block of East 41st Street.

According to reports, Fonya Harris left her residence with her ex-boyfriend, though he has not been publicly named. They were said to have traveled in a white 1994 Plymouth Voyager minivan (license plate 3HQF733), and since then, no one has seen or heard from the then-30-year-old. It is unclear who reported her missing, and any information about Fonya’s personal life or profession is unknown.
“Family members advise that Fonya’s mental health and physical condition is described as good,” authorities with the LAPD stated. Additionally, some agencies list her as missing on July 13.
Fonya Harris: What To Know
At the time of her disappearance, Fonya Harris stood 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 120 pounds. She had brown hair and brown eyes. Fonya reportedly had several tattoos: “RIP Grandma” on the inside of her left forearm, “E.D. Assets” on her lower back, “Hoppie” with red “Swan” on each side of the outer area of her right lower leg, and a butterfly on her left shoulder above her bicep.
She was last seen wearing a black linen dress, silver hoop earrings, and brown platform sandals with a black purse. Her middle name is “Wraye.” She would be 49 years old at the time of this publication.
