A woman has gone unidentified since the 1980s, and there doesn’t seem to be much movement on her cold case. According to one database, the woman, dubbed Fontana Jane Doe, had been dead only a few hours.

Investigators hoped that something on her person or her clothing would help identify her, but they couldn’t determine who Fontana Jane Doe was. She was said to be between 20 and 30 years old and was found wearing an evening dress, a white satin undershirt, and a white ballet tutu. It was determined that she had been murdered, but it was unclear by what method.
