Danielle Alexander, 19: Went To The Store In 2005 & Never Returned
She was walking to a convenience store in her small Texas town.
If you ask anyone who has ever driven through Texas, you'll find that there are several small towns scattered throughout the state. It takes a little over half a day to cross from one end of Texas to the other. America's second-largest state has many small communities that are often overlooked, as attention is given to the likes of Houston, El Paso, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin. Wortham is one of those towns that boasts a population of just over 1,000 people, and it is where 19-year-old Danielle Alexander called home before she vanished in 2005.

A Look Into The Small Town
There have been few details about Danielle's case, but according to reports, she went out on an errand and never returned home. Wortham is the type of town where everyone knows your name and is home to a handful of businesses. Two major roads run through the city—N 3rd (Hwy 14) and W San Saba Avenue (Hwy 27)—and it is well outside the hustle and bustle of a major city. Just how Danielle Alexander disappeared has puzzled those who have been tracking her case for almost 20 years.
It was just six days shy of Halloween on October 25, 2005, when Danielle left her home. It is unclear who was with her, but she reportedly told them she was walking to the gas station/liquor store in the middle of town, where Highway 14 and Highway 27 intersect. It is also unclear why she needed to make the trip, but she said she would return home soon.
Danielle Alexander has never been seen or heard from since that time.
Danielle Alexander: What To Know

She wore prescription glasses, but she didn't take them with her when she left her home. Danielle had a newly developed dark neck rash, and on her right shoulder, she had a round green birthmark. Under her eyes, she had moles that looked like freckles.
Both of her ears are pierced, and she has an unknown medical condition that requires medication. She was last seen wearing a dark-colored t-shirt, a dark blue zip-up hoodie jacket, dark-colored pants, and circular dangling silver earrings with sparkling white stones and a dollar sign in the middle. She may have also had a purse with her, described as having long fringe on the bottom. Her middle name is "Nicole."
