The National Missing & Unidentified Persons System reports that on August 16, 1986, Cecil was on her way to church when she vanished. It is unclear if she was traveling from home or work, and it isn’t apparent if she was meeting anyone specific.
That day was a Saturday, and because almost nothing is known about Cecil’s home or professional life, it is also impossible to track any information regarding the investigation.
